Cancellation Policy / Privacy Statement / Conditions
Gemini Resort Cancellation Policy:
Rates
All tariffs are quoted in Australian Dollars. Tariffs are per night per apartment.
Deposits and Payment
A deposit of $100 in low season and $300 in high season is required to secure a booking. This can be paid with either a debit or credit card. Gemini Resort accepts Visa and MasterCard.
The balance is payable on arrival (by credit card, debit card or cash)
Cancellation & Refunds
When paying a $100.00 deposit NO refund will be made upon cancellation.
When paying a $300.00 deposit (during the high seasons) If your booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival you will receive a refund of $200.00
If your booking is cancelled less than 30 days but more than 15 days prior to arrival you will receive a $100.00 refund.
Any cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will receive NO refund.
Check In and Check Out Times
Check in is from 1pm Check out is 10 am Late checkout is sometimes available on request at an extra charge of $30 until 1pm or $50 until 5pm.
Parking
Secure underground parking is available (one car per apartment)
Smoking
Gemini Resort has a strict non–smoking policy.
Visitors
Gemini resort apartments are designed to accommodate a prescribed number of guests.
Additional Costs
Please appreciate, because of our experience with just a few past guests we have had to apply the following conditions:
- Smoking
An additional cleaning/deodorising cost of $100.00 will be charged if smoking occurs inside. - Cleanliness
A charge of $100.00 will apply if the apartments are not left reasonably clean and tidy. - Gemini Resort
is a self-catering resort. Rooms are serviced once a week with fresh towels, bed linen and bathrooms and kitchens cleaned. - Loss, Theft or Damage
A charge will apply for loss, theft, or damage to the apartments or facilities. The amount charged will be equivalent to the loss, theft or damage incurred.
Gemini Resort reserves the right to debit your credit card, or send you an invoice for any outstanding amounts or any extra charges for cleaning or damaged or stolen property.
Pets
Unfortunately Gemini resort cannot accommodate pets.
